Tamara Lyday, DO., provides well family visits, acute visits (including lacerations), sick visits, dermatological procedures (mole removal, cancer resection, spot treatment for pre-cancerous lesions), tongue and lip tie release, Botox, joint injections, nail removal, osteopathic manipulations, and acupuncture.
Dr. Lyday earned her medical degree from Des Moines University in Iowa and completed a residency in family medicine at Hinsdale Hospital; Hinsdale, Ill. Board certified in family medicine, she also completed fellowships in wound care and hyperbaric medicine and certifications in acupuncture, holistic nutrition and plant-based nutrition. Currently, Dr. Lyday is pursuing a fellowship in integrative medicine and certification in functional medicine.
