Welcome to this supportive community of individuals seeking to overcome CIRS with a hopeful mindset, quality information, and solidarity!

The CIRS Healing Collective is a support group facilitated by Jenny Johnson, Shoemaker Proficiency Partner, CIRS coach, and CIRS overcomer. Folks from all walks of life are welcome to join us to share their struggles, successes, insights, questions and support for one another towards a life of thriving within and beyond CIRS! "Collective" members share meaningful connections within a private Facebook group and weekly Zoom gatherings. Membership is month-to month and “rolling” so that you can join us
immediately and stay as long as YOU need.

Equipped to Overcome CIRS: 12-Week Virtual Community Group & Self-Paced Online Course

One of the most common challenges CIRS patients face is a mismatch of supply and demand. Navigating CIRS tends to require significant energy, time, financial resources, brain power, social support, communication skills and emotional stability at a time when we feel our absolute worst.
This group program is uniquely designed to optimize the patient experience with the Shoemaker Protocol. The powerful trio of small-group support, patient-oriented tools & resources, and personal empowerment will equip you to avoid costly mistakes,
overwhelm, and unnecessary suffering in your journey towards whole-person healing & resilience.

The live (Zoom) version of this program is designed for cohorts of up to 8 participants who meet weekly for twelve 2-hour sessions to address the topics below (subject to change). The program is facilitated by Jenny Johnson, Shoemaker Proficiency Partner, CIRS Coach, and CIRS overcomer.

CIRS Group Support

A possible Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) diagnosis can be overwhelming. We have found that people that have a community around this diagnosis tend to fare better. Many of our patients want to work directly with Proficiency Partner Judy Cho, and this is the opportunity to work directly with her.

Judy and the Nutrition with Judy team have worked with many CIRS patients that need additional support.

CIRS Private Coaching

CIRS asks so much of us.

Unlike any other illness, CIRS touches every aspect of our being. Brain fog, fatigue, forgetfulness, and overwhelm can be obstacles to the progress we desire as we seek to manage the complex treatment plans for our health and home. Private coaching services are designed to equip you with organization, encouragement, accountability, body/mind/spirit support, and most importantly - hope. CIRS Coaches help you to stay on track with all that you’ve got on your plate - to reduce your burdens and be your biggest cheerleader so that you can
focus on getting well!

There are two Shoemaker Proficiency Partners who serve as CIRS Coaches:
● Jenny Johnson at Simplified Wellness Designs
● Jane Prescot at Get My Moldy Life Back (Canada)
