Dale Cuva, APRN - Proficiency Partners Diplomate

Dale Cuva is a CIRS and International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner. She has also completed all Institute of Functional Medicine courses and will be certified in 2026. She is located in Knoxville, TN and can consult in person or telehealth for any Tennessee resident. Her graduate research project at the University of Tennessee was focused on Historic Appalachian Medicine.

Due to growing up and practicing in resource limited, rural Appalachia, she has spent over a decade developing protocols to provide functional medicine healing through more affordable means than is commonly practiced.. She enjoys seeing patients who need healing on a budget with limited testing and affordable supplements as well as patients who desire the best available testing and treatment without any budget restrictions.
