Guidelines

General guidelines for submitting questions

 

1/ Use the form below to submit your questions to Dr. Shoemaker and the Surviving Mold team. Include your membership number (your invoice number from the order you signed up with), your email address, and your name. If you need your membership number please email info@survivingmold.com.

 

2/ Applicable questions will be submitted directly to Dr. Shoemaker or answered by the Surviving Mold Team. Replies will be sent back to each person, plus the most relevant topics or frequently asked questions will be posted in the membership section each week.

 

3/ Shoemaker Protocol, diagnosing, or testing related questions will be prioritized as these are the main areas of expertise at survivingmold.com. Keep questions as focused as possible to one concern or inquiry per submission. All other questions, including remediation questions, will be answered as time and resources allow. We will do our best to feature questions that are frequently asked, of high interest and relevance, and are beneficial to the survivingmold.com membership.
