Carla Brook

In our quest to answer the most prevalent and difficult questions posed to Surviving Mold since its launch in 2010, we have initiated a program of certification for those doctors wanting to provide the latest and most effective care to patients suffering from Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS).

The certification process has begun generating certified physicians who have completed the one on one training with Dr. Shoemaker. We are proud to introduce our newest physician, Carla Brook!

Carla Brook is a Family Nurse Practitioner practicing at the Bridge Medical Center in Whitefish, Montana. She has been there for the past year after making the transition to Integrative Medicine. She has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2007. She graduated with a Masters in Nursing from Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing in Hyden, Kentucky in 2007.

She has been a registered nurse since 2000. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner she spent 7 years traveling across Montana working ER, OB, and ICU. She has also taught nursing at Salish Kootenai College in Pablo, Montana.

She lives in Bigfork, Montana with her husband Rodney. They have four children and four grandchildren. Most of her spare time is spent taking care of her cherry orchard, watching grandkids and spending time with friends. She loves Northwest Montana and Flathead Lake.
